Automated management report in PowerPoint linked to Excel that displays sick time trending by year, by employee group, average sick days by month, paid sick days by month, overall sick days by group. By right clicking on graphs you will be taken to your excel spreadsheet where you can customize your data.
The Bradford Score seeks to indicate the composition of an individual’s sickness-absence record, i.e. whether it comprises a few spells of long duration or many spells of short duration and it gives increased weight to higher instances of short term absence, which is viewed by some as being more disruptive. THis attendance program is automated, however you can only calculate for one person at a time. The automation will determine what level an employee is at and triggers progressive discipline. Useful for small businness.
